Quotes

Quotes are prepared from the information you provide (and, where possible, from photos or a site visit). If conditions on site differ materially from what was described (heavier growth, additional surfaces, or access issues), we will tell you before starting and adjust the quote with your approval.

Scheduling and weather

Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, wind, or temperatures that prevent proper cleaning or sealing, and we will give you as much notice as we can.

Site preparation

Please close windows, turn on exterior water, unlock gates, and move vehicles and fragile items away from the work area. We protect landscaping and fixtures as part of every job.

Results

We use surface-appropriate methods and cleaners. Some stains (deep oil, rust etching, oxidized paint, hard-water etching on glass) may lighten but not disappear; we will tell you up front where we expect that. Moss on roofs dies at treatment and sheds with rain over several weeks.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in your quote. Prepay discounts, where offered, are stated on the quote.
