Gutter cleanout (inside)
Hand removal of all debris, bagged and hauled, not blown onto your lawn. Every downspout flushed and confirmed flowing. We’ll tell you if we find loose hangers, pulled-away sections, or spots where the pitch is wrong.
Gutter brightening (outside)
Tiger striping is oxidized aluminum plus electrostatically bonded grime. It doesn’t rinse off with a house wash. Brightening uses a dedicated cleaner and hand agitation to bring the gutter face back to white. Usually done as an add-on to a house wash.
When to do it
Late spring, after seed drop, and late fall, after leaf drop and before freeze. Homes under pines often need a mid-summer visit as well.
What affects the price
Linear feet of gutter, number of stories, roof pitch and access, and whether brightening is added.
