When to schedule

Late spring, after the pollen and seed drop, is the most popular time for house and window cleaning. Roof treatments can be completed any time the temperature is above freezing. Gutter cleaning is best in late spring and again in late fall before the ground freezes. Concrete sealing requires a dry day above 50°F, which usually means June through September.
