I'm Devan Towslee. I grew up in the Cloquet and Carlton area, I live in Carlton today, and the homes and storefronts I clean belong to my neighbors. That is the whole reason this company exists the way it does.

How it started

Before Towslee's Got Pressure, I was a caretaker for my grandfather. Looking after someone you love teaches you what it means to show up, do the job right, and be someone people can rely on without having to check. That experience is where the standard behind this company comes from, and it is why the motto is not a slogan I picked out of a list: where quality is matched by integrity.

I built the business the slow way. I invested in my own knowledge first, then put the money I earned delivering for DoorDash into the equipment and training to start a company of my own in 2024. No outside investors, no franchise, no crew of strangers. Just a local who decided the area deserved an exterior cleaning company that treats every property like it matters.

Training and standards

I have spent countless hours learning the trade, from soft-wash chemistry and surface identification to safe ladder and roof practices, and I studied business in college so the company side is handled as carefully as the work itself. I hold current certificates in Liability and Damage Prevention and as a Certified Field Technician, both issued July 2026 and verifiable online. Every method on this site, soft washing siding and roofs instead of blasting them, protecting landscaping, matching the cleaner to the surface, comes out of that training and I apply it on every job.

What I want you to feel when I leave

Valued, and relaxed. You should get a home or storefront that looks the way it did when it was new, without having to manage anything to get there. I handle the quote, the scheduling, the reminders, the work, and the follow-up, and I explain what is growing on your exterior and what your options are in plain language. If you decide to hire someone else, you will still leave the conversation knowing more than you did.

To keep that experience consistent, Towslee's Got Pressure runs on Arbor Operations, a service-business platform built by Quantum Arbor. It handles booking, written quotes you can approve online, appointment reminders, and job records, so nothing falls through the cracks between the day you reach out and the day I show up.
