What a surface cleaner does that a wand can’t
A pressure-washer wand leaves overlapping zebra lines and can etch the surface. A surface cleaner spins two nozzles under a hood at a fixed height, so the whole slab gets the same pressure and comes out uniform. We pre-treat oil stains, rinse everything to the street or lawn, and clean up.
Why sealing is worth it here
Concrete is a sponge. Salt brine soaks in all winter, freezes, expands and spalls the surface. A penetrating siloxane sealer stops the absorption without changing the look, so salt, oil and algae sit on top and rinse off. Best applied after a cleaning, on a dry day above 50°F. Tinted and decorative sealers are available if you want a color change.
What we clean
Driveways, sidewalks and steps, patios (poured concrete, pavers, stamped), pool decks, garage floors, commercial walks and entries, dumpster pads.
What affects the price
Square footage, stain type (oil and rust need pre-treatment), whether you add sealing, and access.
